I had a wonderful stay at this hotel! The room was incredibly spacious and located in a charming inner courtyard next to a continuous pool. The service was top-notch, with staff going above and beyond to make my stay special. The location is perfect for exploring the beautiful Campeche City, right in the heart of all the action.

I had a mixed experience at this hotel. The room was spacious with a modern bathroom and a very comfy bed, but it was noisy at night due to its proximity to a bar/restaurant. The service, especially from Margarita and Carlos, was exceptional, with staff assisting us with our baggage. While the location in the heart of Campeche City was fantastic for exploring, the noise from the surroundings was an issue. The dining experience was good, although the menu was similar to another place, and the facilities were satisfactory.

I had an amazing stay at this hotel. The room I stayed in was very spacious and exceptionally nice, located inside an inner courtyard and next to a multi-section continuous pool that runs through the courtyard. The staff were amazing and even served us coffee in bed. The location is amazing, especially to explore Campeche. However, the waiter calling me in the room to complain about a tip was a bit off-putting. The dining experience was perfect, and the homemade pastries were a delightful touch.
